6 months of cycling across the USA in photos

After half a year in the country, it's finally time for me to leave the US and pedal south over the border into Mexico. I'm excited for the transition to Latin America, but at the same time I find myself strangely reluctant to leave. For all it's problems, the US has been incredibly good to me, and bikepacking across the country has really made me fall in love with it. The landscapes are truly some of the best in the world, there's so much open space, so much adventure to be found, and it's been such a pleasure to get to know the country and its people from the saddle of a bicycle.

There are lots of things I don't like about the US; it's in many ways a very bizarre place and with the new President set to do many terrible things, I'm probably leaving at a good time, but for all that, it's also an amazing country and one that I'll miss. In no particular order, here are some of my favourite shots from crossing America. hope you enjoy the photos!
